Allyson Warren is a Behaviour Support Service Consultant with a passion for helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), and physical disabilities. With her extensive experience in education and support services, Allyson is dedicated to providing behaviour support strategies to children and adults.

With almost a decade of experience as a Direct Support Professional, Allyson has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients across all age groups. She excels in providing personalized support and interventions that promote growth and well-being.

Allyson is particularly skilled at creating inclusive environments where individuals with ASD, ID, and physical disabilities can thrive. She collaborates closely with families to address behavioural concerns and enhance their overall quality of life.

Allyson has developed engaging activities and provided individualized support to adults with diverse abilities, demonstrating her commitment to empowerment.

As an Early Years Autism Specialist, she oversaw intensive behaviour intervention programs for preschool children, ensuring each child received the attention they needed for their development.

Allyson also gained valuable experience at Bethesda Children’s Behavior Services in Thorold, Ontario, where she shadowed professionals, developed behaviour support programs, and participated in assessments and parent groups.

Allyson’s skills extend to her roles as an educational assistant, where she supported students with diverse needs and fostered an inclusive learning environment.

Allyson holds a Human Services Diploma from Holland College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education in Primary Elementary from the University of Prince Edward Island, and a Master of Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Brock University.

With her diverse academic background and wealth of hands-on experience, Allyson is exceptionally well-equipped to provide comprehensive behavior support services to children, adolescents, and adults alike.
