Heidi is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with membership in the Canadian Counselling Association.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (BA) from the University of Prince Edward Island, and a Master in Education in Counselling and Human Development (MEd) degree from the University of New Brunswick. 

Heidi has worked in the field of counselling for almost 20 years and can work with you, if you live in Prince Edward Island or other parts of Canada. If you are using health insurance, please check your plan to see if there is coverage for a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).

Heidi’s work spans from working with at risk youth to university students and case management for career planning in work/career transitions.  Counselling in the post-secondary environment has been the basis for much of the work that she has done in this field, and where her expertise lies. She enjoys working with new professionals or people transitioning careers.  

Heidi is also available to assist parents of youth as well to offer parents strategies and support. Her passion for helping others is evident in her ability to connect with people, and can follow you in your journey towards self-growth and self-sufficiency. 

Heidi’s focus is to empower you to find your truth, your strength and power to make the changes you need to move towards a more fulfilled and satisfying life.

Heidi says, that the greatest passion in her life is “Being a mom to two beautiful children.”  Heidi is from the far east of Prince Edward Island, growing up in Souris.
