At Your Life Design Inc. we have a team of Canadian professionals that are Registered Social Workers and Canadian Certified Counsellors. They are experienced, compassionate and ready to help. 

All of our therapists have access to group supervision from a Ph.D. level Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years of direct clinical experience.  They also engage in regular peer consultation.

You have access to a team with more than 100 years of experience in helping others.

Services by Registered Social Workers (RSWs) and Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCCs) may be covered by your health plan.

Registered Social Workers are authorized as “medical practitioners” under the Income Tax Act for the purposes of claiming medical expenses on income tax returns.

50 mins – $150

75 mins – $170

Couples Session:

Specialty: Working with youth, young adults, and LGBTQIA2S++ populations.

Experience in helping people manage anxiety, grief and loss, gender identity issues, addictions, and/or general stress.

Chantel Doran

Specialty: Mental Health Therapist using  CBT, DBT, UP, MI
Expertise in working with individuals (age 13+) diagnosed with an intellectual disability (ID)  and/or  autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Specialty in working with the Bleeding Disorder Community (needle phobia training), as well as the parent(s) receiving challenging/complex diagnoses for their babies while pregnant, or shortly after birth.

Specialty: If you are thinking of pregnancy, are pregnant, or have had a new baby, Candance is the pick. She specializes in all things perinatal.

Specialty: EMDR (eye movement desensitization rehabilitation). Training in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

Specialty: Couple and Family Therapy.

Working with children (age 10+), youth, and adults families using Solution-Focused (SF) Brief Counselling and Therapy.  SF has been helpful for supporting those with anxiety, depression, trauma, dysregulation, PTSD, stress, along with many other difficulties.

Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
