With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker, Sandy is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.

A graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, she specializes in relationship issues, divorce, separation, family conflict, and a range of personal concerns, including anxiety, compassion fatigue, stress, life transitions, and parenting matters.

Sandy brings a unique perspective to her practice, having spent over a decade launching and managing businesses in Ontario, Canada. This experience allows her to effectively support entrepreneurs and individuals in senior leadership roles who may be facing unique stressors and challenges in their professional lives.

Sandy also worked in private practice for many years and has held leadership positions within government systems.

In her private practice, Sandy works with adults of all ages. She employs various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused brief therapy. Sandy is trained in Sandtray Therapy. Her comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive tailored support that meets their specific needs.

Sandy’s educational background is in Psychology, Sociology and Social Work. In her undergraduate studies, she completed a Concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Sandy has extensive experience as a Social Worker working in the Family Court system in both Ontario and PEI. If you are dealing with conflict, relationship challenges, or the complexities of separation and divorce, Sandy is the go to person for you.

Residing in Prince Edward Island, Canada with her spouse, Sandra is a mother and grandmother, drawing on her wealth of life experience and wisdom to enrich her counselling and coaching practice.
